In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 navigation and maps applications on the Android platform in Hungary showed varied performances. Below, we provide an overview of their key metrics and trends, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced consistent weekly downloads throughout Q1, starting with 3.5K downloads and ending with a similar rate. The app saw a slight dip mid-quarter but recovered to 3.5K downloads by the end of March. Active users fluctuated slightly, beginning at around 103K and stabilizing near 94K by the end of the quarter.

GPS, Maps, Voice Navigation had a notable decline in weekly downloads, starting at 2.6K and dropping to around 1.1K by the end of March. Active users also decreased significantly from 6.3K to approximately 2.9K. Revenue saw minor fluctuations, peaking at $67 in the final week of March.
